Hi there, I received a 'sale' today, but when I opened it up there was no item purchased. Is this a glitch? Any help gratefully received

Hi Verdirey:) This same thing happened to me recently.
So I sent a message to the buyer to tell them that their order didn't show which item they wanted, but I got no reply.
When I contacted Dawanda, they got back to me really quickly and said it sometimes happens when two people try to purchase the same item - (although no one else purchased from me that day!)
And I think they said it can also happen if the buyer deletes the item from their cart but hits continue. So Dawanda just deleted the order from my account.
It can definitely be a bit dissappointing though!!

i had an order vanished, my client does not have it either...
