When I mark an item sent (or paid) does DaWanda send an e-mail to my customer to let them know the item has been mailed?

I'm sure I read somewhere that this was happening .......... just wondering if anyone knows :)

I think the way it works is that when the buyer checks the status of their order, they can see it set to 'sent'.

it just changes the status, there is no notification currently

I notify my buyers by posting a "comment" on the sale page.
