I would like to know this as well. How do you keep your items on top of search - even the items that aren't new? Sometimes I see new listings with 300 views - how is that possible???

You cannot Relist an item which is already for sale.
You can relist one which has sold or which has expired.
there is no top of search, I have teh impression items are sorted randomly, which gives the same chances of being seen for all of us,

teh new listing with 300 view might well be something expired that has been listed again.
