Hi I'm a little concerned about my commision fees. I have never received an email saying when I need to pay or how much I owe. In the FAQ about selling it says that after a seller's fees reaches a certain amount, they will be charged. I would like to know what the amount is, and when I will be charged. Any feedback would be appreciated

Thanks
Lindsey

hi Lindsey,

We are formatting the billing procedure at the moment and are nearly ready to make an announcement soon with full details of how to pay your commission fees. Once the billing starts for sellers on the EN-DaWanda, it is when your commission reaches €5 that you will start to receive monthly invoices detailing what you owe.

For the first billing payment, it may be an option to pay your commission in a few stages, so you won't have to pay a lump sum.

Thanks for your patience.

hi Kalicat,

Yes you must pay commission for all products that you have sold on DaWanda.

Hi Elizabeth, I have quite some of unpaid transactions. What should I do with them in terms of commission? I understand that I can write to you for help. Should I do it?

I am bit worry that you will be overwhelmed by the number of emails on such issues if everyone writes to you.

Wait, I am a little confused. Does this mean that when the members of the English interface have to start paying, we will have to pay for all the orders we got so far? Because that would be way over €5 by now I think...

And are there plans to make this trackable on Dawanda? I have no idea what I owe and would like to be able to track this more easily without having to do it manually myself?

Tizzalicious - Yes you owe commission for all of your sales to date. We may offer an instalment plan to pay your bill in an easier to manage sum.

Pocketcarnival - yes there will be a page where you can view the exact details of how much you owe

Oh yikes, that's gonna be bad. Is there any way I can see how much it's going to be already? So I will know what to expect? An instalmeent plan would be great!

I did not realised we also have to pay for listing fees retroactively.

kalicat 15.01.2009 11:13

hi Kalicat, this is not correct, you will NOT be paying listing fees retroactively.

Your commission fees are still owed for all sales to date. We are still developing a system which will fit for the international sellers to pay their commission fees.

no problem there as I have a Euros account, how do I indicate the amount I want to pay?

kalicat 15.01.2009 12:54

kalicat

but it does list listing fees, all items were activated automatically. Can I change that?

kalicat 26.01.2009 14:42

elizabeth

hi Kalicat,

I am not sure what exactly you are asking about - do you mean to change if your listings are relisted automatically?

If so, click on "Active listings". In the overview of your listings you will see

Listing created on xx.xx.xx
Ends on xx.xx.xx. Change?

Click the change link to choose between 120 days listing duration or automatic renewal.

I think this should have been made a little clearer much much earlier. Especially for us in the US that have already filed our taxes for last year.

And why are we paying VAT?
I'm more than a little annoyed at this.

more proper post for my questions this one :

How can we change the payment method for them? Its set to bank at the moment and i don't want to authorize any automatic payments as it says. Any way to set paypal for it with installments?
