I knew that 5% commission was owed to DaWanda on my sales. We were supposed to receive a bill when we owed more than €5, but when we asked, we were told that the EN-DaWanda billing system was not in place yet, but we still owed the commissions.

What I am annoyed with, is that I rec'd a massive bill for all sales Jun 1/08 - Feb 10/09, with 14 days to pay from Feb 23rd. Dumping a large bill on us like this is causing major issues for your sellers. Not having a proper billing system in place right from the beginning was DaWanda's problem, not the sellers.

Surely DaWanda could have handled this better. Surely you can come up with a payment solution that is reasonable and fair.
