yanhuatang 23.08.2009 10:52This two weeks,I recieved many no pay orders,The most buyer is new register in dawanda.
how to avert this ?
I am confused.
moumou 24.08.2009 12:20Me too...Everytime I just ask Dawanda to cancel the order, but now I think they should be given some warnings and even reject to Dawanda if no pay again and again :(
DvoraSchleffer 06.09.2009 17:21Hi
there can be another several resons for no-payment:
1. the buyer thinks he/she ordered the first time and doesn't know they need to wait for approval and to pay (it happenes to some first-time buyers). you should ask a question "do you have a problem - can i help" after several days.
please pay attention - not all buyers enter all the time to dawanda, so you need to be patient.
2. some have problems getting clerance from pay-pal. again - asked them is they have problems and try to help them

lisa-dawanda 08.09.2009 13:44Hey guys,
if you need to cancel an order for non-payment please always indicate this in your cancellation request. We do track non-paying users and take action if necessary.
best,
Lisa
ekawear 21.10.2009 19:58it's not just here that this happens, I get it a lot on my webshop too, I think people are unsure once they get to the paypal checkout...writing to them sometimes works and makes them pay up, other times you just have to lump it and put it in the cancelled pile. It's frustrating as you think you've made a sale...but part of the territory of internet sales I think.
: )
