About me

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

I am a mostly self taught artist with a penchant for vintage & an obsession with turning one thing into something else.. I love color & expressing my joy in life through color. I crochet, sew, bind books, make jewelry, paint, draw, create mixed media sculptures, take photographs, make paper art & more. I get my fingers into everything, & I mean everything. I am happiest when my hands are busy. Otherwise I tend to fidget.

I love to read. One of my New Year's Resolutions this year is to pick a famous artist each month & learn about them. I'm having a blast reading, watching movies & even going to see different artists work. I am an animal lover & a vegetarian. I'm happily married, child free & pretty darn liberal. I live in the middle of the USA & work full time as an artist.
