About me

My name is Stacy I am the artist and creator of Ivyhill-Cottage Vintage Chenille Bakery I live in the Unites States..I absolutely Love all things Vintage ...I have a particular Love for linens especially Chenille there is just something appealing to me about Cotton fabric and the softness not to mention the beautiful designs...When I think of chenille I think of sweet girly things and how much sweeter can you get than with a Cake...I started making Dresses for my girls then Bibs for my Baby and eventually CAKES....I just Love making these. Each one is a little different as they are crafted individually. Each Rose was formed with my finger tips and bloomed in my hand...The whole process is exciting especially when I have a new design in my head waiting to be created..Life is good when you wake up and can't wait to get started on the next one..I hope you have the opportunity or maybe the need to give one of these to someone special in your life maybe even yourself ...
