My name is Rosy, I'm 34 and I live in the North of Italy. I like painting stones, sewing and I am addicted with creating things by recycling every sort of material. I dream I could do it for a living!

SHIPPING POLICIES:
All items are shipped from Milan, Italy.
Deliveries will be effected through registered mail within 48 hours from payment. Delivery times is about 3-21 days depending on destination. Sometimes stuff can be stopped at customs... I am not responsible for customs fees or taxes!!
As for Italy, deliveries will be effected FREE through priority mail.
Insurance is available upon request at additional cost. Please convo me before purchase and I will adjust shipping costs for you.
When insurance is not requested, I will not be responsible for loss or damage.
Please know that I take great care to pack the items so they reach you safely!
For all other issues, please let me know and I'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to come to a resolution.
I accept payments through PayPal only.
Payment is due at the time of the purchase. If payment is not completed within 3 days, and I haven't received a response from the buyer, the order will be canceled and relisted.
