About me

I have always liked making things, when at college I made clothes because it was cheaper and they were unique. I made a long patchwork skirt that is now in Worthing Museum. I have made 5 quilts for the family . When I started working for a charity shop I realised how many lovely textiles were discarded because they were old fashioned or damaged. I make restyled clothes mainly for myself, but also home furnishings and other accessories. The fabrics tend to decide what they are made into, the colour, weight or content being important for the final use. I love working with boiled wool and have only just started selling.
