About me

I began crocheting as a hobby, to fill the winter nights and soon had hats multiplying like rabbits! During one very broke weekend I decided to swap some hats for cash, so set up a stall in the street. I did so well, I bought more material and made more hats for the next week! And so Mojo Glo was born! I soon added bags, shawls, clothes etc, and hit the craft market circuit. Within a few years I started giving crochet lessons, and set up a regular city craft fair for artists and fair trade products.
I spent 2 years living in Costa Rica, where I learnt macramé whilst selling crochet in the street. With macramé, I can translate my crochet designs onto bracelets and accessories and build my repertoire.
