About me

My studio is located on the Wallkill River in beautiful Gardiner, New York with a view of the Shawangunk Mountains. My work is a result of my experiences, interactions and fascination with nature. I love combining techniques and materials and especially love experimenting with new things.

I received a B.S. in Visual Art from SUNY New Paltz in 2000 and have been working in the arts since. I've had the privilege to work with and learn from artist Bill Richards who developed the "Art of Necessity." This program facilitates the use of the creative process as a tool for aiding healing in children and adults with spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries.

When I’m not working in my studio, I can usually be found working as a videographer at Skydive the Ranch or volunteering at the Wolf Conservation Center (nywolf.org).
