About me

I live and work from my home in Nottingham, England.
I love to work in vegetable tanned leather using traditional hand techniques or machining. Mostly I make bags but also smaller accessories. I also enjoy using patchwork, quilting, embroidery, knitting, digital printing techniques and anything else I can think of to create new items from combinations of new and discarded materials.
I have spent many years exploring different techniques and aim to make every item to the highest possible standard. Now my family are grown up it is great to be able to do this full time, and it is just that, the hours are long but I enjoy every minute. If I take a break I go in for gardening, or if it is away camping with my husband, whose specialty is wildlife photography.
