About me
Hi there!
My name, as you might have guessed is Sofie. I'm 20 years old and I make wire wrapped jewelry. I love crafting and even if it's very time consuming (wire wrapped pieces can take weeks to finish) I try to fit it in every day.
I'm inspired by all things old or ethnic. The victorian era with all it's swirls is one of my favorites. I also love african art and culture and plan on going to zanzibar to study kiswahili in the spring. The first time I went to africa I worked at an orphanage and I just fell in love with the people and their culture.
Wire wrapped jewelry is OOAK heirloom couture pieces and are therefor priced accordingly. As I said before a single piece of jewelry can take weeks to make. Gemstones and pearls are also commonly used in my designs, mostly of the finest of grades.
