About me

An Adventure in our life!
For you to know the adventure that happened in our lives we have to tell you a story.
Some time ago, a boat stranded on a sandbank just in front of our house. This event changed our lives completely! The boat was full of exotic timber boards. It cause a real confusion arround because those who passed near and have, by chance, available bags with them, took advantage of the unexpected occurrence to pick up some pieces of art to the beach. The deeper layers of that precious wood became the best place for the seashells to stick upon them and the waves movement smoothed the rough edges of the timber boards.
It was then that our lives entrance took place in the story. Xitó (The name he is best known), during his tripsalong the beach with our dog, always used to bring some pieces of that wood with him. As soon as we got suficient quantity, our "symbolic" bed was born. It was, in fact, our first creation. Little by little, more and more different pieces began to appear our home became full of them. It was then that we took the decision to sit down at the drawing board to continuethe creative tradition of the family. A concept of life and dwelling, not only for us, but for all. This way "XT" came to life. This pair of letters does not mean Xitó, but a very common detail in the furniture making, two pieces of wood sticked up together in cross.
