I was born in China and currently live in upstate NY. I began crafting in 2004 and made my first doll in 2005. My work has been published in German Focus magazine(25,2007) and Art Doll Quarterly (autumn 2007 and winter 2008 issue
SHOP POLICY:
SHIPPING: I ship worldwide via USPS first class airmail. Please note that I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on international purchases, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All domestic packages within US are sent 1st class with delivery confirmation (free upgrade to priority if your package weighs more than 13 oz). If your package value is over $100, insurance is automatically included in the shipping fee. You can also request insurance for items under $100 with an additional cost. I always combine shipping for multiple purchases and do not overcharging for shipping.
PAYMENTS: I accept paypal payments and credit card payments if you don't have a paypal account.
RETURN POLICY: If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Refund/exchange/store credit (full refund less shipping costs) will be issued if the item is returned to me in original conditions intact and resellable. Return must be received within 14 days of you receiving it. Sorry-I cannot be responsible for shipping costs on returns. If your package is lost or damaged, please also contact me as soon as possible so I can try to remedy the situation.
WHOLESALE: Wholesale orders are welcome. If you order 7~12 dolls (of the same design), you will receive a 30% discount. Order 13~19 dolls and get 40% off. Orders over 20 dolls will get 50% discount.
