ELEANOR ROT
is a young fashion label based in Portugal and Germany.
Our pieces transmit feelings of strength and selfesteem to the woman wearing them, while at the same time, they require a bit of courage as well.
Inspiration for the ELEANOR ROT collections are adventurous citygirls, who like to dress fashionable and at the same time convenient and comfortable.
Clear lines and cuts, strong colours and a reduced use of patterns are the signatures of ELEANOR ROT.
Our fundamental inspirations are the fun of fashion and trends, mixed with a fondness of experimental ideas and combinations, as well as a borderline perception of women between femininity and strength, rooted in the Powerlook of the 80s.
The collections of ELEANOR ROT are designed and produced in small editions and with a great deal of care, in Porto, Portugal.
Porto is a beautiful city in the north of Portugal and the traditional centre of the portuguese textile- and leather industries.
The designer behind ELEANOR ROT, Nora Oertel, is german and travelling between the german and portuguese worlds. ELEANOR ROT is also a mirror of these cultural journeys, a mixture between german minimalism and the colours of southern Europe.
