I received the items very quickly - in a week time since the purchase. However I was not satisfied with one thing:

The items were put into the paper bags so hardly that I had problems getting them out, as the lacquer sticked to the paper and I simply had to tear it off leaving the traces of the paper on the brooches. I think this problem should be solved either changing the material-lacquer, or at least choosing a better way to package the items.

however, I think the drawings are marvellous - even though coming from Portugal they feel very northern. and I love the reindeer girl!
