My DaWanda

I paid USD$50.80 for items that were never received. I tried contacting the seller 2 times via Dawanda site, 2 times via email and twice via her web page. I'm so angry and unfortunately Dawanda can do nothing to help. I noticed that a similar thing happened on the seller's Etsy.com page as well. I'm upset that I cannot even get a reply! My only hope now is that my credit card company can give me my money back. :-(
