Having travelled throughout Europe, parts of Africa and especially living in Central America for 27 years, I learned to love and appreciate the work of the "little" men and women, the tribes that live, express and narrate their culture and life through their creative art. The vivid colors, lively and fascinating life in the green "paradises" of Central America have inspired me to try to re-create the beauty of the lush green vegetation with the contrasting colors of flora and birds, by putting together natural, beautiful semi-precious stones to create a harmonious and lovely "jewel". I have developped a passion for these precious stones and love combining Nature's beautiful colored gems ...I wish each person to enjoy wearing the article purchased, with the same love and passion I have had in creating them... The taguas were hand-picked and chosen for their uniqueness. ****EARRINGS CAN BE ARRANGED ON CLIPS OR ON POSTS....Please advise when purchasing..............................................................................................................Ayant beaucoup voyager et surtout pendant mon long séjour en Amérique Central (27 ans), j'ai appris à apprécier le travail des indigènes et tribus de deux pays en particulier (Le Panamà et le Honduras). La créativité de certaines tribus exprimée par les sculptures sur le tagua, l'expression de leur culture à travers les molas, les paniers faits par les Emberas ainsi que leur bois sculptés (ex: le cocobolo)... ceci m'a fascinée. C'est en voyant la riche et luxuriante végétation d'Amérique Centrale, sa flora contrastante, ses oiseaux aux plumages étincelants, qu'est né la passion pour les couleurs et les pierres fines..Mère Nature a une grande richesse en magnifiques pierres, et je ne fais qu'essayer de les mettre encore plus en valeur en les contrastant les unes avec les autres. Cela me fait grand plaisir que vous portiez quelque chose que j'ai eu autant de passion à créer. Je ne suis pas l'auteur de certains objets d'art exposés, je les ai acquis et mis en "exposition", chacun étant unique et un véritable petit chef- d'oeuvre. ***LES BOUCLES D'OREILLES PEUVENT ETRE ADAPTEES EN CLIPS POUR CELLES QUI N'ONT PAS D'OREILLES PERCEES.
