About me

My name is Petronella Luiting and my shop is called "P8". "P8" is "peight" and that is exactly the Dutch way of pronouncing the first syllable of "Petronella". I am from Holland and live at the moment in the North German countryside with my husband and a little dog. I lived in a few other European countries and built up a colourful array of contacts worldwide, intensively maintained via Internet.
Although it is not my profession, I have always been crafting accessories such as bags, jewelery, clothing, scarves and hats. I am inspired by ancient traditional folk costumes from all over the world, fabrics and buttons. I design and revamp everything into modern accessories and fashion. There is much to see in my shop, everything is colourful, handmade and unique !

Mein Name ist Petronella Luiting und meine Shop heisst "P8". Auf English ist das "Peight" und dass ist wie der erste Silbe meiner Vorname. Ich bin Holländerin und wohne momentan mit meinen Mann und unser kleiner Hund in nord Schleswig-Holstein. Ich habe in einige andere europäische Länder gewohnt und habe ein farbiges weltweites Kontaktennetzwerk auf dem Internet aufgebaut.
Obwohl es nicht mein Beruf ist war ich schon immer tätig mit Accessoires wie Taschen, Schmuck, Kleidung, Schals und Hüte. Ich lasse mich von traditionelle Trachten, Stoffen und Knöpfe aus der ganze Welt inspirieren, das alles wird in moderne Accessoires und Mode verwandelt. In meinen Shop gibt es viel zu sehen, alles ist farbig, handgemacht und Unikat!

Je suis Petronella Luiting et mon Shop s'appelle "P8". En Anglais, c'est "Peight", et ça sonne comme la première syllabe de mon prénom. Je suis Hollandaise et habite actuellement en Allemagne du nord, avec mon mari et notre petit chien. J'ai habité en plusiers pays Européens et j'ai édifié une gamme de contacts internationaux intéressante, notamment par Internet.
Bien que ce n'est pas mon profession, j'ai toujours créé des accessoires comme des sacs, bijoux, couture, foulards et des chapeaux. Je me laisse être inspiré par des costumes traditionelles internationaux, par des étoffes et des boutons. Tout ça est transformé en accessoires et modes modernes. Il y a beaucoup pour voyer en mon Shop, et tout c'est coloré, fait à main et unique!
