About me
Hi, my name is Katrin, I live in Estonia. I've been beading for 11 years now and I still love it! You can visit my blog (http://mdm-beadalot.blogspot.com) to read more about me and my creations.
My jewellery range is made using a variety of techniques, including offloom seedbeading, wirewrapping, setting etc. I use different materials such as glass, crystal, resin, wire, stones, laces, ribbons and more. Now I can add also crystal and vintage glass rhinestones to this list.
Lately I have found inspiration from vintage costume jewellery, that is assembled piece by piece. I try to combine all of my skills and therefore I add some glass beads, pearls and also seedbeads to rhinestones. I spend a lot of time to find the right supplies, copper plated findings are not too easy to find and I prefer rhinestones that have somewhat different look (opaque, textures, color mixs). That is also why I have to set each rhinestone one by one with my hands because I have to order the settings separately from a factory. I hope you enjoy visiting my shop! Welcome!
