================================== Refunds and Exchanges ================================== Nature Autumn designs create and mail products that are fit for the beautiful you.However, if for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory, do email me at natureautumn@yahoo.com and we can work things out. I will gladly exchange it for something else. However, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when I sent it to you. The item has to reach me and be inspected before I will send a replacement for goods that can be remade.

For goods that are OOAK or if you would like a refund, the item must reach me in an unused and original condition as when I sent it out. Your refund will be the full amount LESS any shipping.

**My humble beginnings I never thought of making jewellery much less selling them.I used to buy jewellery pieces for my friends but always ended up telling the staff at the shop to make little changes to their design.Unfortunately, a few refused to accomadate me, thus leading me to find my expression in my craft.

** My first visit to a foreign contry by plane was to Melbourne in Autumn. I absolutely loved the landscape of brown leaves on trees. Although I like spring too, Autumn reminds me that before a new season, there will come a time for Autumn, where nature starts to prepare for spring-for new life.
