About me

Hi my name is Shellie Michell and I am a Fabric on Wood artist. I am also a stay at home mom who juggles watching my baby and making art. I have a BFA in Studio art and I came up with my Fabric on Wood process after many years of renting a house with no garage or studio space. I learned to fill my need to create by making fabric on wood without the mess I made as a painter. I have been making art all my life but started making fabric on wood art in 2000. I am mostly selling prints of my originals here on Dawanda. I enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, spending time with my family and pets, cooking, playing in the park, swimming and the list goes on and on!

I generally ship sold items right away but always within 3 days of received payment. I will package each print in a poly-clear resealable bag and then in a non-bend rigid photo mailer.
