About me

Tailoresse ist mein Modelabel, für das ich in meinem Berliner Atelier kleine Kollektionen und Unikate selbst entwerfe und herstelle.

Ich bin gelernte Theaterschneiderin und habe in England Kostüm- und Bühnenbild studiert. Neben meinen Kollektionen arbeite ich als Kostüm- und Bühnenbildnerin und gebe Nähunterricht.

Die Verarbeitung der Kollektionsteile ist professionell und die Stoffe vorgewaschen, um späteres Einlaufen oder Abfärben zu vermeiden.

Wenn Euch einer meiner Schnitte gefällt aber die Farbe oder das Muster nicht ganz Euren Geschmack trifft, könnt Ihr mir gerne eine Anfrage per Nachricht schicken und ich versuche Euch eine Alternative anzubieten.

Tailoresse is my own fashion label under which I design and make collections and single items of clothing in my work space in Berlin.

I trained for 3 years as a tailor at Frankfurt's Opera House and then studied costume and set design in England. In addition to designing clothes, I work as a theatre designer and give sewing classes.

I design and manufacture the clothes personally to the highest standards. All materials are pre-washed to avoid variation or loss of colour at a later date. If you like my designs, but would prefer different materials or colour combinations, feel free to contact me to explore alternatives.
