PreparationHeat the oven to 175° C.
Sieve the flour into a large bowl and mix in the almonds, Matcha powder and salt. Mix the agave syrup, coconut oil, soy milk and vanilla extract with the flour mixture and knead together with your hands.
Place the biscuits on a sheet of baking paper. Spread the biscuit dough out (about 5 cm in diameter) and bake for ten minutes in the oven.
