In his shop bio, Tenzin states that his "happiness is producing the personal products that make the people stylish and help them to save memories" This was unquestionable in my experience. When I inquired if the seller offered a North Star, I was able to request a custom pendant for my necklace. I sent a picture of the star used on my family Christmas Tree. Tenzin sent me a 3D sketch to see if I liked it, and before agreeing to create my order he made (at no charge to me and no obligation to place an order) a prototype to verify the necklace would meet his standards of workmanship. My initial inquiry was December 12th, and the item arrived January 4th. I live (literally) halfway around the world, so this was very fast! Tenzin went above and beyond to create this priceless piece. I can't recommend him enough!
