These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Monika Wagner, Hirschstr. 11, 73119 Zell, Germany - hereinafter referred to as the provider - and the customer about the sale and delivery of the products offered on this portal, which are closed via the Internet platform etsy. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of customer's own conditions is contradicted.

Should costs arise due to the reversal of a payment transaction due to a lack of coverage or due to data transmitted incorrectly by the customer, these will be charged to the customer.

Retention of title

All deliveries are subject to retention of title. The delivered goods remain the property of Monika Wagner until full payment of the purchase price.

Delivery and shipping conditions.

The delivery of goods is made regularly on the shipping route and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing of the seller is decisive.

In the case of self-pickup, the seller first informs the customer by e-mail that the goods ordered by him are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, the customer can pick up the goods after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The conclusion of the contract on the etsy website is governed by the contract as follows:

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
