Violin mice facilitate the hand position when playing the violin and harp. You take the felt animal in the left palm of the hand to prevent cramping or too tight posture at the violin neck or you take the violin mouse in the right palm to improve the bow posture as well. The hand positions when playing the harp can be facilitated by placing the felt animal between thumb and index finger.

At the suggestion and request of musicians, I designed violin mice or similar felt animals for their lessons and tested them with them.
