GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

First GENERAL
The following terms and conditions (AGB) at the time the order is valid for the sale of goods that are purchased from ARTemlos. Different terms and conditions of the purchaser shall not be accepted unless ARTemlos agrees with these in writing.

Second FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
All our offers are non-binding. The agreement between the buyer and ARTemlos comes only by the order of the purchaser and its acceptance by ARTemlos about. The customer places an order online through the portal ETSY. The assumption made by the confirmation of the order by mail.

Third SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

4th RETURN POLICY
Revocation

Consequences

6th SHIPPING DAMAGE / DEFECT
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery, both for damage and any obvious defects. Possible damage must be reported immediately to the deliverer. Furthermore, we are see the flaws and damage in transit within 7 working days of receipt, otherwise the goods shall be delivered in perfect condition.

7th RETURN OF GOODS
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the normal costs of return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the item to be returned by not exceeding 40 euros or if you are at a higher price of the goods are not at the time of full payment or a contractually agreed part payment provided. 8th APPLICABLE LAW

11th FINAL PROVISIONS
Should one or more provisions of these Terms is invalid, this shall not invalidate the entire contract by himself. The ineffective regulation is replaced by the relevant statutory provision.

All of ARTemlos made jewelry items contain swallowed. ARTemlos points out the danger of swallowing in children under 3 years.
