All packages will be shipped to address provided in your purchase. I'm not responsible for errors in shipping due incorrect shipping addresses. If You would like to ship to different address, please let me know in the "message to seller" note during checkout.

IMPORTANT: The buyer is responsible to track the parcel, whether it has come to the place of destination or not. If you don't get the package within a month, please contact us to workout the issue. In case you don't wait and don't track the parcel / refuse or cannot pick it up from the Post office and it comes back to me, only fee for the good, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded. Refund will be issued after goods returned. If in this case you've purchased item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost will be calculated according LTU National Post Office fees (+21% VAT if you are a resident of EU).

• Use plastic or linen bag for jewelry safe transportation. Transportation with another sharp jewelry pieces can damage your Resin jewelry surface.
