I accept paypal payments. If you don't have paypal account, you can still chose to pay with paypal and then choose payment with credit card.

My priority is safe and quick shipping to you. I ship my dolls with trackable packages. Once I send your package, you will receive a message from me with a trackable number. However, to keep the shipping costs at reasonable level, those packages do not have insurance. I take no responsibility for lost packages. If you would like full insurance for your package, please contact me before purchasing an item. I will inform you about the cost of insured package and update shipping profile for your doll.
If you would like to order more than one item in my shop please contact me. Some small dolls will fit into one box and you will pay only once for shipping. I will always try to find the best solution for you.
If your country is not on my shipping profile, please contact me, I will find a different method to ship my doll to you.

If you would like a custom doll, I'm happy to make you one. Contact me and we can discuss the options further.
I include care instruction on the doll's birth certificate. Please be sure to follow them to keep your doll in good condition. If you will have any doubt about how to wash and maintain your doll I'm always here to help. It is perfectly normal that eventually your doll will show signs of wear. Do not worry, it only shows how precious the doll is for you or your child and how much love and play time was invested into her.
