Dear German Customers, please track at Deutsche Post site for better tracking results. If not, at Etsy.com you will see only the acceptance of the mail at an international sorting office and no further events.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA AND CANADA ////
We ship via Registered Airmail with tracking number included , which is NOT traceable in Australia and Canada. Canadian and Australian postal companies no longer post tracking information for international registered items if you choose standard shipping with a tracking number included. You will not be able to track your order outside my country.

DELAYS ////
in transit may happen. Shipping time is estimated, not guaranteed. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by delivery dates given by postal companies, your shipping destination, the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location, possible delays and backlogs at sorting offices.

Packages delivered may be subject to customs delays. Airmail parcels are sent to a main delivery point in your closest capital city, and are then processed by customs and handed over to the local postal service for the final stages of delivery. Customs clearance can really delay a delivery, but on average airmail takes 5-20 business days to Canada, the United States and Latin America and the Caribbean.

In the event your order has not been delivered within a time frame of 5 weeks (please check with our shipping policy), please contact us and we will address the situation immediately. Please understand that it is in good faith that we put your order in the hands of our preferred carriers, but in a small percentage of cases parcels are unexpectedly delayed. We can't prevent this, but we can discuss ways to meet your immediate needs. We must allow a fair and reasonable amount of time for the goods to be delivered before the parcel is determined as lost and we will place a replacement order or issue a refund as the situation demands. If your order in not traceable in your country (standard shipping in Canada and Australia) we will ask for your co-operation in these rare cases - we will file a claim with your post carrier. Post carrier in your country has 3 months to confirm if your order is missing or not. If the order has been considered missing we will issue a refund or send a replacement. If you are concerned about delivery times and tracking, we recommend ordering via Global Express (please check a list of countries in our shipping policy section above).
