Shop policies
Now a big amount of my patterns are translated professionally into english. If you also love to sew bags and clothes for your kids have a look in my shop.
All my patterns are available by instant download. All you need is a computer with Acrobat reader and a normal printer. Print the pdf sewing pattern and stick the pages together, cut out the pattern and start sewing. It´s so easy!
All my patterns have a detailed step-by-step photo instruction. Every single step is explained in english and accompanied by a colored photo. That is why my patterns are also suitable for beginners.
Please consider that I am not perfect in the english language but I do my best to answer all your questions by email.

(2) Shipping costs will not be charged. However, it should be noted that the download may incur additional fees depending on the agreed Internet tariff with the telecommunications provider.
(3) At the choice of the customer, the provider shall deliver against advance payment by normal bank transfer or against advance payment via PayPal in accordance with the following conditions:
(a) For payment by normal bank transfer, the customer receives the bank details of the provider together with the contract confirmation. Transfers from abroad are only accepted as SEPA transfers in euros.
(b) For the payment method PayPal, the customer is first redirected from the provider's website to an external website of the selected payment service, where the customer can enter his PayPal data. With successful payment, the purchase contract is concluded and fulfilled by the customer.
(4) For prepayment orders by normal bank transfer, a payment period of one week from receipt of the contract confirmation applies. It is the customer's responsibility to effect his payment in time for it to be received by the provider within the deadline. The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and sell the goods elsewhere if payment has not been received by the deadline. Any payment received by the customer after withdrawal will be refunded to the customer.
Shipping
(a) If the customer has paid by PayPal, he will be forwarded to the respective download page immediately after completion of the payment process and can carry out the download there.
(b) If the customer has paid by normal bank transfer, the provider will send the customer an e-mail with the link to the corresponding download page within two working days from full receipt of payment. There, the customer can download the pdf document. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided by him during the ordering process is complete and accessible.
(2) The provider provides the eBook download for 30 days from receipt of payment. During this time, the customer can download the ebook a total of 5 times
Additional policies and FAQs
The ebooks from lillesol & pelle are sewing instructions incl. patterns + step-by-step photo instructions and information on material requirements etc. in electronic form. This means that it is not a paper pattern but a file that is loaded onto the ebook buyer's computer and can then be opened and printed there. If the cuts are larger than one DinA4 page, several DinA4 pages are printed, which can be easily glued together.
Do I need special software for the ebooks?
The ebooks are in pdf format. With the free Acrobat Reader, the ebooks can be opened on any normal computer, read and printed via the printer. The patterns for the garments and some of the bags are in zipped folders that are automatically opened by the computer. If no zip program is pre-installed, you can download Winzip or Izip (for Apple) for free.
What payment options are available to me?
You can pay for your order by bank transfer/prepayment or with the DaWanda voucher. I do NOT offer PayPal here at Dawanda for a refund of fees. However, the Dawanda vouchers can be ordered directly from Dawanda and are also affordable there by PayPal.
How do I get the ebooks?
You will receive your EBooks as an instant download directly after payment.
How long does it take to receive my ebook?
If you have paid with a voucher, the download is available to you immediately after redeeming the voucher. With bank transfer, it can take up to two working days for the money to be credited. Cash receipts are checked daily from Monday to Friday. It is important that the e-mail address is included with the order, as this is not transmitted by Dawanda and can be communicated with each other so quickly in case of problems.
