Lotka Art jewelry is simple, edgy and fun to wear. You can mix and match many pieces to create a unique look. All my jewelry is made from hypoallergenic, high quality and very durable surgical stainless steel 316l or 304.

Shipping
Making a purchase in my Lotka Art shop means full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
All products are made to order. The order processing time is from 1 to 3 working days from the date of payment.
Orders are shipped by registered letter via Polish Post.
By making a purchase in my shop, you automatically give me a power of attorney for a one-time conclusion of a service contract on your behalf with Polish Post to send the purchased goods using their services.
All products are packaged in a decorative gift box or nicely wrapped in decorative paper. In the case of ordering more than one product, all products are packed together into one box.
At customer's request, I can pack the purchased products into separated boxes. Please provide this information when submitting your order.
Purchased goods are dispatched in 1-3 business days.
After sending the package I provide you with the tracking number. Fully tracking is available in all EU countries, so please monitor the tracking status updates of you order.
Tracking for the packages sent to USA, Canada and other countries outside Europe works only until the package leaves Poland or when shipping upgrade ( Global Express) option is chosen by the client.
All packages are sent by registered letter and your signature upon receiving is required.
You can choose shipping upgrade (Global Express) for an extra fee.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WITH STANDARD SHIPPING:
Europe: 5-9 business days (full tracking available in most of the countries)
USA and Canada: 10-21 business days (tracking available only until the package leaves Poland)
Rest of the world: 10-28 business days ( full tracking works in some of the countries e.g New Zealand)
GLOBAL EXPRESS DELIVERY TIME:
Europe: up to 7 business days
USA and Canada: up to 12 business days (full tracking available)
Rest of the word : up to 14 business days ( full tracking available)
I am not responsible for shipments that come back to me because they are not picked up from the post office or incorrect address i given.
In the case when the parcel returns to me, it is possible to resend it after re-payment of the shipping costs.
It can happen that the item is not delivered within the time-frame above but if your order doesn't arrive within 30 days since the shipment date please let me know.
I carefully pack each item so you can be sure of its safe arrival.
