We create woodcut-like drawings, sometimes ink-painted or with a soft brush, similarly to oriental techniques
Each order is carried out with a subtle touch, taste and professionalism
Thanks to this approach the small works of art appear under wooden stamps
We draw our exlibrises by hand unless the concept is geometric or minimalist

We've first met at Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where we both studied. Since then we are friends and we used to hang out a lot.

We established Malu Studio in July 2011 by creating our brand of products called Malu promoting Poland and its major cities like Warsaw and Cracow.
Malu is our idea of souvenirs from Poland and creative toys for kids. Malu products are meticulously designed and manufactured in Poland, in short, limited batches of unique and humorous gadgets.
We design and oversee the production of packaging solutions and marketing materials. We develop colouring books, games and other products commissioned by companies, foundations and individuals. We create logotypes, book illustrations and visual identification systems. Our work is our hobby and we put the whole heart in it. We welcome every challenge.

In 2014 we joined the Etsy community and at that time we became interested in the unique design of Ex Libris Stamps. To date we designed over 300 individual, custom made Ex Libris Stamps.

Payment

Payment via Etsy payments and PayPal. On your special request you can pay via bank transfer. We attach the fiscal bill to the package. If you need an invoice, please inform us at the time of your purchase. If we do not recieve this information, we add the fiscal bill. According to the Regulations, once we dispatch the parcel we can't issue an invoice.

Shipping

Ready made stamps and finished products are dispatched within 1-2 business days with the provider Poczta Polska (Poland Post). Personalised and Custom made stamps are ready to dispatch within 5 to 30 days - depending on the particular listing (offer) - please check processing time at the offer you are interested in.
For personalised stamps we send the preview of the stamp's impression to the client. If the client does not hold any objections, we proceed with the order. Lack of reply to the sent preview will be regarded as client's consent .

We cannot guarantee the shipping time, once we send your parcel.
Estimate shipping times (ATTENTION!: During the pandemy of COVID-19 the delivery time is prolonged):
Poland: 2-7 business days
EU: 5-6 business days
US and Canada: 10 - 28 business days. Attention: tracking is not available in USPS. If the parcel does not arrive in 14 - 21 days, please check on your local Post Office. We can make a claim after 30 days since posting the parcel. USPS has 3 months to proceed the claim.
Australia: 10-30 business days (once it took over 5 weeks, but it got through :-) )
