It is absolutely beautiful and my daughter loves it. It is a true heirloom she will treasure and one day pass on to her on children! I highly recommend this rug and the amazing service from Maja!!!

After we decided on the colors, he sent me several suggested layouts and we worked that out together. Great to work with. Highly satisfied.

-On Handmade items are expected slight differences. I always do my best to match item descriptions: sizing, shape, colors, etc.
- I try to show the most realistic colors as possible but due to the device's screen settings and photography daylight, the colors may look a bit different.
- handcraft, inspect and pack all our items with care and attention so that you receive them in perfect condition.
- my studio and home are pet free and smoke free.
- The cords and fabrics used to produce our products are OEKO-TEX certificaded.
Terms and Conditions of Returns and Cancellations
-If the return is accepted, the buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery
-The items must be returned as received (not worn, used, cleaned or damaged)
-The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping costs are non-refundable
-Cancelling orders are allowed within 7 days of purchase. After that please contact with me.
-Exchanges are accepted - only once. Second exchange will be not accepted
-We aren’t responsible for package theft. It's up to the buyer to have a “safe” location for parcels to be sent to.
-Packages that are returned due to any "non-delivery" reason are not refundable or exchangeable and will be reshipped once the buyer purchases new postage.
