CAN THE PRODUCTS BE CUSTOMIZED?
All items in the Esty store are finished products, so they cannot be customized. They can be manufactured on demand once payment has been received.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AN ORDER?
All products in the Etsy store are ready to ship. They can be shipped the day after you receive payment.
For custom items, the average preparation time is typically around 15-20 days from payment confirmation.

CAN I WASH THE ITEMS?
All our products are made so that they can be washed by hand or machine. In cold water or maximum 30°. They can be ironed inside out or on the right with a cloth on top.

HOW ARE SHIPMENTS MADE?
All orders are sent by post, by registered mail, nationally or to different countries in Europe. The shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are the same as nationally, but Mamucloth does not take charge of SAD costs, possible customs costs or any other increase that may generate upon arrival at the destination. The client will have to assume them.
