My PIECE BROKE shortly after arrival.
We are offering free repairs, replacements for all damaged items within 3 months of purchase. Please contact us to discuss the problem. We are happy to help.
My chain snapped because of catching on clothing or pulling etc.
This is considered accidental damage, not a faulty product and refund will not be given.
In that case, please contact us, we are happy to repair your piece for a surcharge.
My jewellery it TOO BIG / TOO SMALL and doesn't fit.
We are happy to amend the length for you.
• Sizing down is free of charge for all our customers within 3 months of purchase.
• Sizing up is a subject of surcharge as in most cases the whole chain has to be exchanged. Please message us to resolve the issue.

Can I make CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You can request changes (in engraving, size etc.) within one hour after placing your order. After that time your order goes through to the workshop and the production process begins.
What is GOLD FILLED jewellery ?
It is an layer of gold-pressure bonded to sterling silver. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plated jewellery as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plated. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. Anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worries of any allergic reaction to the jewellery. Gold filled jewellery is an economical alternative to solid gold.

Sterling silver is a precious metal and purchasing it is a wise investment. In our shop we are using high quality UK and Italian 925 sterling silver. It's nickel free, hypo-allergenic, antibacterial and the perfect choice for those who are sensitive to basic metals or white gold.
WILL MY STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY TARNISH?
It’s possible that your sterling silver jewellery could tarnish over time due to a natural chemical reaction that happens when it’s exposed to air. Luckily the shine can be restored by using jewellery polishing clothes or cleaning solutions available at high-street retailers or online.

Doesn't get scratches easily, doesn't rust and is tarnish resistant, can come in contact with water and can be worn in shower.
JEWELLERY CARE GUIDE
1. Clean your jewellery after each wear. Use soft cotton cloth to gently remove
cream, make-up, sweat, especially if you have had an active day.
2. 925 Sterling silver and 14k Gold filled jewellery can be worn 24/7, but it is
recommended to take it off when getting ready. To avoid contact with perfume,
hairspray or sunscreen, which will make your piece tarnish.
3. If you are not going to wear your jewellery for a while. Avoid to leave it dirty.
Gently polish the piece with soft cotton cloth or jewellery polishing cloth.
4. Always store your jewellery in an airtight container, such as sealable plastic bag.
5. Taking care of your jewellery only takes a minute and your piece will last longer.
