♥ I ship worldwide. All international packages are shipped via Airmail, Bulgarian Post (by registered mail).
I ship a high-priority recommendation for expeditious manner product must reach.
I will send you the tracking code that will allow you to track your shipment.

!!! Note: Registered mail is one of the most reliable and secure ways to deliver and always require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, postal carrier should leave a note that your packages is available for transfer from the post office. IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15 days it will be returned to sender.

♥ Your purchase will be shipped 1-2 days after payment is received (exceptions are weekends and holidays when the courier service does not work). If knitting is made at your request, will be specifically notified when your order will ship.

♥ Shipment will be sent to your Etsy address unless otherwise stated.

Europe: 7-15 working days
Canada: 15-30 working days
USA: 15-30 working days
Australia, New Zealand, Japan and elsewhere: 15-30 working days
(For USA and Canada, packets addressed to the west coast may take a few days longer than the East Coast, hence the ten days difference in average times listed above)

Note: Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect / undeliverable or unclaimed are (not picked up from the post office if you do not get at home) will be refunded minus shipping costs. If a packet has to be sent back to any of the above reasons, the invoice for the cost of delivery will be sent to you.
