General Terms and Conditions for the etsy Shop with the seller name "stoffparadies"
I. General and business relations
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the contractual relationships between the seller and his customers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") concluded within the framework of the etsy shop with the dealer name "stoffparadies" of Susanne Winkler, Fürstenhof 53, 59368 Werne (hereinafter referred to as "Seller").
1. Contracts are concluded with both consumers and entrepreneurs.
2. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

According to § 14 BGB,an entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or self-employed professional activity. II. Conclusion of the contract
1. By listing an item on Etsy, the seller makes a binding offer to sell that item.
2. The Customer may accept the Seller's offer via the online order form provided by Etsy. To do this, the customer must first place the desired item in the virtual shopping cart at Etsy and then go through the order steps specified by Etsy. By clicking on the button that concludes the ordering process, the customer declares the acceptance of the offer, whereby a purchase contract for the goods previously selected by the customer is concluded.
3. By purchasing an item, you agree to the terms and conditions and terms of delivery of the respective store as specified in the item description and in the seller's terms and conditions, provided that these terms are not in conflict with these terms of use or are invalid by law.
4. Purchase contracts can only be cancelled in exceptional cases, such as if the seller changes the item description after conclusion of the contract, there is a clear typographical error or the identity of the seller is unclear.

2. Legal basis of processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the processing of the order and performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party. The processing is based on Art. 6 I lit.b GDPR.
3. Storage period
We store the personal data collected by etsy for the processing of your order and transmitted to us until the expiry of the statutory retention obligation.
