My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL since this is the safest and easiest way to pay, especially on International purchases.

Shipping
Once payment has arrived for the item/items, I will ship within 48 hours, but most often do ship packages out the very next day. The post office is closed here on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday, so items purchased on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will go out on Monday.

I gladly accept custom orders. Almost all of my designs can be made from your own horsehair. The item description will say if that spezific item can be custom made from your own horse´s hair. For further deatils please convo.
The horsehair that I use is professionally cleaned and thus free of any dirt.
With a few exceptiones (noted in the item desription), all materials used for necklaces, earrings and bracelets are nickel-free!
How to take care of your horsehair jewelry:
Horsehair is very sturdy, but as it is still a natural product it shouldn´t be strained excessively. So please consider the following: Take the jewelry off when doing sports, swimming, taking a shower etc. Do not wear the jewelry with other jewelry or a watch because these could rub on and damage the hair. You may wash the jewelry with a mild soap or shampoo.
