Payment
Several items are shipped together. Any resulting lower shipping costs will be communicated in the order confirmation of the purchase process.
Payment is made in advance or by PayPal to the account stored in the checkout process. A self-collection is possible by prior appointment.
Shipping
By ordering in my Etsy online shop www.etsy.com/your/shops/anmutig, by ordering by phone or e-mail you place a binding order. The order receipt will be confirmed by me at Etsy (order confirmation). The purchase contract is only concluded when I send the order and confirm the shipment with Etsy (shipping confirmation).
2. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Nadine Schurr until full payment has been made.
3. Article images
The product photos may differ slightly in color. If you have any questions about a product, please contact me.
4. Prices
All prices quoted are final prices (incl. VAT) plus shipping costs. According to § 19 UStG, vat is not shown in the invoice. There is no minimum order value.
5. Payment
I offer two different payment options:
(1) Advance payment
With the payment option prepayment, the payment amount is transferred to my bank account. As soon as the booking appears on my account, the order will be sent immediately. The bank details will be communicated to you in the order confirmation e-mail from Etsy. Please transfer the amount within 7 days.
(2) PayPal
With the payment option PayPal, the invoice amount is paid by PayPal. A PayPal account is required for this.
Within Europe, I offer two different payment options:

6. Shipping
The goods are shipped by Deutsche Post AG in uninsured condition. Goods will be shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment and delivery within Germany is another 1 to 3 days.
7. Delivery
Delivery is subject to the availability of the goods. In the event that the ordered goods are not available or there are database errors so that the order cannot be executed, I reserve the right not to provide the delivery. Of course, I will inform you of this immediately. I will refund payments already made immediately. I reserve the right to make partial deliveries.

9. Transport damage/defects
If the shipping box is externally damaged, this transport damage should definitely be acknowledged by the carrier. I ask you to check the delivered goods for defects after receipt. Transport damage or defects should be reported immediately so that I can arrange for a clarification.
10. Data protection
In principle, all personal data will be treated confidentially. All customers are stored and processed by me in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). The customer agrees that I store the data provided by him for the purpose of order processing and self-promotion. 11. Copyright
The purchase merely acquires the right of ownership. The rights of use remain with Nadine Schurr. All depicted works are subject to copyright and remain with Nadine Schurr. Unauthorized copying, downloading, use or further use, even in extracts, is prohibited under penalty.
12. Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages against Nadine Schurr, regardless of the legal grounds, are excluded. In particular, claims for damages by third parties are excluded.
13. Severability clause
Should individual provisions of the contract, including this provision, be invalid in whole or in part or should the contract contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.
