Custom and personalized orders
Since this is handmade item, every new good may be vary slightly, but the overall look will match that shown on the photo.
Colors may vary based upon your screen resolution and other computer settings outside of our control.
Care instructions
- Keep your handmade jewelry in a closed box far away from sun rays access.
- Do not clean with water and any other liquid. Do not wash
- Do not give them to small children.
- Do not throw.
- Carefully use.
Gift wrapping and packaging
ATTENTION! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
Orders are mailed in padded envelopes or small packages. Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.
Cancel transaction
If you wish to (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30). Your money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the original transaction - only PayPal.
If you have made payment but decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except for above-mentioned commission fee, as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller.
You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number.
Payment
I accept only PayPal.
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble or have any questions about PayPal's Guest Checkout, please contact PayPal directly.
Custom and personalized orders
If item is ready to ship I will send it within 1-3 bussines days after payment confirmation.
I do not ship on Sundays.
I use the etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct.
I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.
Standard international shipping takes up to 20 business days and accept via UkrPoshta.
