Care instructions
To prevent damage, please don't use jewelry in the bathroom, pool, sea, dishwasher, and while sleeping. If you keep away from the spray, hand cream, parfume, can be use for many years while maintaining the brightness.
All jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver without nickel.
-Sterling Silver (This material may require polishing from time to time due to natural oxidation. You can easily restore the shine with a soft cloth)
-Sterling Silver Gold Plated- The product is covered with 24 carat gold. The product is coated with two layers of gold: the backing layer and a terminal, which makes the element more sturdy.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We send elements from Poland (Europe), via polish postal office international air mail.
Delivery times for standard shipping with polish postal Service;
EUROPE : 7 - 10 days
USA : 10 - 21 days
AUSTRALIA : 14 - 21 days
are sent by registered air mail. You can track the shipment through the Internet. Tracking is active in countries belonging to the European Union.
USA, Canada & Australia - tracking only works untill the parcel is in Poland. (It is possible that you will have to sign when you receive the order)
If you live outside Europe, please be patient - it may take up to 30 working days
In certain special occasions, such as Christmas, holidays, festivals, be sure to give your order early.
