The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual conditions between the company gelibären - Angelika Schwind and customers (consumers and entrepreneurs) of the online shop, unless individual provisions expressly apply only to consumers or entrepreneurs. The general terms and conditions apply in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract for all goods delivery contracts that have been concluded with the exclusive use of means of distance communication.
Offer, order and conclusion of the contract
Information on our website represents non-binding offers to place an order. Errors, printing errors and prior sale are reserved. You can order by letter, card, telephone, e-mail, Internet or fax. The purchase contract is concluded after receipt of the order only by sending the goods by the seller. In the case of an order via the Internet, you will first receive an e-mail from us informing you about the receipt of your order by us (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that your order has been received by us. In this case, too, a purchase contract is only concluded with the payment/dispatch of the goods.

All information is carefully checked. However, there may be small deviations in color and dimensions.
Delivery
The ordered goods will be delivered within one week. In case of delays, you will be informed. Partial / subsequent deliveries are not possible.
Return
You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the item at the time of revocation

In principle, delivery is only made against advance payment.
