Payment can be made using Etsy Payments.
Etsy Payments is a payment method directly on Etsy, that offers buyers multiple payment options including:

Credit cards
Debit/bank cards
Etsy Gift Cards
iDEAL (Netherlands only)
Sofort (Austria and Germany)
Google Wallet
Apple Pay

Due to the small business status, VAT is not calculated in our prices.

We need 3-7 business days to complete a personalized or a custom order.

Ordered items will be shipped as standard postal shipments with tracking.

Please send us a message if the shipping name or address doesn't match your ETSY name or address. Also, you can write the correct address in the "note to seller" on the checkout page.

The buyer will be notified via Etsy Conversation as soon as the order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time:
- European Union: 3-6 business days,
- rest of Europe: 4-8 business days,
- USA: 8-12 business days,
- Australia, Canada & rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Post doesn't guarantee delivery in above mentioned time frames. Shipments can be delivered even earlier, but also later than described, due to unexpected delays in postal transit or longer Customs inspection time.

The ordered package should be delivered by Post. If the addressee is not present, an "unsuccessful delivery" note will be left in the mailbox. In that case, you should pick up your package at your local post office.

Please, have in mind that the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges or fees that may be charged by her/his country.

Colors and design of the finished product may slightly vary from those shown in the listing photos, due to different color display settings of the monitor or camera.

Also, please pay attention when choosing the size of the item. Sometimes, due to the magnified display in the listing photos, the item may appear to be larger than it actually is.
