These terms and conditions are part of any contractual agreement between Cathy van de Laak and the buyer.
All (digital) products in the Shop are designed and/or sewn by Cathy van de Laak. Because each article is unique, there may be minor deviations in form and detail compared to the picture of the product in the Etsy Shop. Depending on the Internet browser used and monitor settings of the buyer, the color representation of the (digital) products on the website of the Grommt Shop may vary slightly. Because the materials used are limited available, there may be small color deviations compared to the pictures.
The order, conclusion of contract and contract execution are in German, Dutch or English.
Cathy van de Laak supplies within the Netherlands as well as to all countries in the European Union and worldwide.
The buyer selects the desired (digital) goods by clicking on the 'Add to cart' or 'Buy it now' button. Afterwards he can send his order to Cathy van de Laak via the button 'Proceed to check out'. The buyer has until the sending of his order request at any time the opportunity to view the data specified for the desired order and to change or cancel the order.

For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, the delivery time increases by another 2-8 working days.

The warranty rights (warranty for defects) of the buyer are governed by the statutory provisions. Instant digital products are delivered directly after the order is paid by the buyer. I can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of digital products.
