CONDITIONS IN CHANGES AND RETURNINGS

All packages we send have insurance, tracking and location and signature requirements!
This is already included in your shipping price.

RETURNS
In case of returning an item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery that you wish to return the item and specify the reason for returning it.
- If any of the reasons for returning an item is due to an incorrect description, false advertising, or receipt of an incorrect product, LolaVintageSpain will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products to the warehouse.
- If any of the reasons for returning an item is because it does not fit or does not match your trip, you do not pick up your package or automatic withdrawals after not picking up your package at the post office / post office box or any other reason where LolaVintageSpain does not have The fault, LolaVintageSpain is not responsible for the shipping cost and is not responsible for any of the return costs or will not ship your items a second time on your behalf.

DAMAGED ITEMS
- In the event that an item / package arrives damaged, please contact LolaVintageSpain IMMEDIATELY and within 5 days of delivery / arrival. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY IT WITHIN 5 DAYS!
Always take photos when unpacking. The best way to do this is to take pictures of certain points.
- Take a photo of the outside of the box
- Take a picture of the packaging materials or how the item was packaged. The damaged item within the plastics, visibly, and all within the box, visibly.
- Take a clear image of the damaged part so that we have a clear vision of what is really damaged.
- Take a clear picture of the shipping label
LolaVintageSpain will initiate an insurance claim at the postal insurance company. You must cooperate with me. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF YOU DO NOT COLLABORATE WITH ME.
You should call the shipping company, or show them what they ask for. You should never throw away the packaging during the claim process. You will also not be able to repair the item during the claim process.
You will be reimbursed when LolaVintageSpain has all the documents they require for an insurance claim. This can take up to 90 days maximum.
If you give up the refund, in exchange for a replacement item, I can access it if you choose an item, or several items of similar price, or slightly higher, maximum 20% higher).

DESTRUCTION BY REFUND of the item, caused by damage, or for other reasons.
The seller may ask the customer for proof of destruction of the item if the seller is forced to reimburse the customer for the entire item.
The customer must provide evidence (three photographs showing the item broken into several pieces) that the item has been destroyed and totally rendered useless.
Only after that will the seller proceed to refund.
