Frequently asked questions

Custom-made products and personalized orders

Customer requests are always welcome. Please contact me before buying if you want something changed or have a special request! We then discuss what is possible and what it costs. After absence, you can use the *Shop Upgrade for custom-made products*, which is set in the shop.

Care instructions

Storage of jewelry:Please do not store your jewelry in the bathroom! It is better in a small box, dry and without direct sunlight, so that you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time.If possible, avoid contact with moisture and water, creams and oily/greasy substances, otherwise the bond can loosen with glued parts (ceramics) or e.g. silver and brass jewelry oxidizes faster! When bathing and showering, please take off beforehand. The jewelry can be cleaned with a soft cloth. For larger soiling you can also use a soft damp cloth and soapy water, important: only wipe the jewelry damp and then dry it completely

Gift wrapping and packaging

Depending on the size and number of pieces of jewellery, the jewellery is delivered nicely packed in a small cardboard box or in an organza bag. When purchasing multiple items, not each item is packaged individually for the sake of the environment. If this is desired, e.g. because part of the order is to be given away, please let me know in advance. If you are looking for a more stable high-quality jewelry box to give away, then write me a message. For an extra charge, this can be ordered additionally.

Handling ceramic jewellery

Please be careful and careful, especially with your ceramic jewelry. If these fall on a hard floor, it may be that something breaks or breaks!Should something break for you, I can reproduce something in most cases by prior arrangement. This is then considered a custom-made product. Depending on the effort, I charge an additional 5 to 20 euros.Basically, I recommend protecting all ceramic jewelry from moisture and creams / oils, as these can make the glue dull or loosen.

What is acetate jewellery and what do I have to consider?

Acetate is made from dried cotton and beech wood. The components are ground and cellulose powder is produced from them. This is allowed to react with acetic acid and acetate fibers are formed. From this, acetate plates are pressed which are individually colored and provided with a wide variety of patterns and effects.Acetate can be sawed, lasered, sanded, deformed by heat, polished or matted and thus processed into a wide variety of colours and patterns. The best: The jewelry made of acetate is durable, dimensionally stable, easy to clean and have a low weight (feather-light). A soft cloth and warm soapy water are sufficient to remove any dirt.
